WEBSITE DESIGN AND SUPPORT FOR NONPROFITS AND BUSINESS OWNERS

Your website shouldn’t feel confusing or stressful.

We help nonprofit leaders and business owners understand, manage, and grow their websites without the tech overwhelm.

Not sure where to start? See how we can help.

Websites are supposed to help your business.

Not create stress.

For many nonprofit organizations and business owners, a website becomes overwhelming fast.

Maybe you paid for a website and once it was “done,” you were left without guidance. Maybe someone offered to create your business website for free. The problem is, now no one knows how to maintain it, fix issues, or update it moving forward.

Sometimes, you’re still at the beginning, trying to figure out where to even start, who to trust, and what you actually need before investing time or money.” And later, “That’s where confidence, steady support, and the right guidance make all the difference.

The result is usually the same:

  • Updates don’t happen
  • Small issues turn into big problems (like site crashes and payment systems going down)
  • Your website stops supporting your mission or business

It’s not because you’re doing something wrong. It’s because most websites are launched without a clear plan for what comes next.

That’s where confidence, steady support, and the right guidance make all the difference.

More than a website...we focus on confidence, support, and what comes next.

At SiteSpark Studios, we believe a website shouldn’t be something you’re handed and left to figure out on your own.

Most website projects focus on launch day. What’s missing is the support, education, and guidance organizations need after the site exists, or even before they’re sure how to start.

That might look like:

  • Helping you understand what kind of website you actually need
  • Supporting an existing WordPress site that feels confusing or fragile
  • Providing steady maintenance, updates, and guidance so your site stays healthy

Our Goal =

Make sure your website continues to support your mission or business. Not become another source of stress.

How We Support You

This comes up constantly. Someone knows their website needs attention but has no idea which of these actually applies to them. Some need a place to ask the question out loud. Some want it handled every month so they never have to think about it again. Some are starting over completely. Here’s where to start.

Group Office Hours: Free, every two weeks

Someone has been living with a broken form or a confusing page for months because fixing it alone felt heavier than it should. Bring whatever that is for you. Apply for a spot and we’ll work through it live.

Website Maintenance Membership: $200/month

A five-minute fix should take five minutes. Instead it sits for a week because nobody’s touched the backend since launch. This membership means updates, backups, and support happen every month, quietly, before you ever notice something’s wrong.

Full Website Build: Starting at $3,500

A website built from scratch, or one that’s been outgrown for years. Either way, it starts with a $150 consultation that maps exactly what your organization needs, credited toward the project once you move forward.

Who We Work With

Support for organizations at different stages, with different needs.

That includes organizations who:

  • Already have a website but don’t feel confident maintaining it
  • Were handed a site without documentation or training
  • Rely on volunteers or a small team where the person who understood the backend moved on months ago
  • Are only beginning to think about getting a website and don’t know where to start
  • Need a website that speaks to funders, board members, and the people they serve all at once, including the compliance pages funders check before they give, like an accessibility statement
  • Are navigating a leadership transition, where board approval and a new vision can leave a website caught between what used to be and what’s next

Our clients range from growing nonprofits navigating exactly that kind of change to business owners who want clear guidance and a reliable path forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You need a place to start.

Experience You Can Rely On

We’ve worked alongside nonprofits and small businesses during moments of change, new leadership, new systems, or websites that were handed off without a plan for what came next.

Our work is grounded in:

  • WordPress experience across a wide range of site setups
  • Supporting organizations with limited time, staff, or technical background
  • Translating technical decisions into plain language
  • Prioritizing accessibility, stability, and long-term sustainability
